Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

All capitalized terms used herein have the following meanings:

  • “Client,” “Member,” or “You” means the business identified on the first page of this ToS.

  • “IA U.S. GC” means the International Association of U.S. Government Contractors, LLC and its brand program IA U.S. GC® CONTRACTING PROGRAM.

  • “Success Coach”, “Teaming Ambassador”, “Opportunity Researcher”, and “Money Call” have the same definitions as in your current Terms and Conditions.

  • “Programs” and “Systems” include all goods and services you purchase from IA U.S. GC, including the 7‑step program, coaching sessions, mastermind access, support channels, bid‑proposal services, and any additional certified supplier offerings.

2. Scope of Services

IA U.S. GC will provide the following Programs to Client, subject to payment of all fees and compliance with these ToC:

  • Full Access: 7‑step Federal Contracting Program for the specified contractual period.

  • Weekly or Bi-Weekly Group Coaching & Mastermind Sessions, Email & Chat Support, Teaming Ambassador, and Opportunity Research Team for the specified contractual period.

  • Money Calls: "1 to 1" or "1 to many" calls with a success coach to resolve issues and facilitate bidding.

  • Bid Proposals: Identification, drafting, and submission of bid proposals during the specified contractual period.

3. Member Obligations and Restrictions

  • Clients must actively participate in Programs and furnish accurate information when requested.

  • Clients shall not circumvent IA U.S. GC’s right to commissions or access Programs through alternate entities or representatives (“Non‑Circumvention”).

  • Clients must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their contracting activities.

4. Fees, Payment, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Fees: All fees are due as stated on the Agreement cover page. Late payments accrue default interest at 1.5% per month (18% annually) from the due date.

  • Refunds:

    • MasterClasses: Full refund if requested at least 48 hours before the event.

    • Workshop Down Payments: Full refund if requested at least 48 hours before the workshop start.

  • Cancellation Process: Requests may be made via email to info@govrocket.ai or phone at 888‑764‑4468.

  • Additional Proposal Blocks require additional investment.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • IA U.S. GC retains all rights, title, and interest in its materials (workbooks, scripts, checklists).

  • Clients receive a limited, non‑exclusive license to use such materials internally for their business purposes only.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • No Guarantees: Programs are provided “as is” for reference; IA U.S. GC does not guarantee any revenue, contracts, or profits.

  • Liability Cap: IA U.S. GC’s liability is capped to the total fees paid. In no event shall IA U.S. GC be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Term and Termination

  • Term: Effective upon execution for the specified contractual period or until performance goal met, whichever occurs first.

  • Termination for Cause: Either party may terminate for material breach if the breaching party fails to cure within 30 days of notice.

  • Effect of Termination: Client forfeits access to all Programs; any unpaid fees remain due immediately.

8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

  • Governing Law: Florida law governs this ToC.

  • Arbitration: All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the Florida Uniform Arbitration Act (Chapters 44, 44.104, and Chapter 682) and the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. §§ 1 et seq., as applicable.

  • Venue: Arbitration hearings held in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

  • Attorneys’ Fees: Prevailing party may recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.

9. Privacy, Cookies & Data Use

  • Privacy Policy: Governed by our Privacy Policy at https://www.fedprofits.com/privacy-policy.

  • Cookies: You consent to our use of cookies and similar tracking technologies as described in our Cookie Policy, incorporated herein by reference.

  • Data Handling: Personal data processed in compliance with applicable U.S. laws and Stripe’s privacy requirements.

10. Amendments

IA U.S. GC may amend these ToC by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

11. Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: This ToC and the Agreement cover page constitute the entire agreement and supersede prior communications.

  • Non‑Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not waive rights.

  • Severability: Invalid provisions shall be severed; remaining terms stay effective.

  • Non‑Assignability: Members may not assign rights without IA U.S. GC’s written consent.

  • Indemnity: Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless IA U.S. GC, its officers, agents, and employees from any third‑party claims arising from Client’s use of the Programs.
